Returns & Refund Policy

1) Returns & Exchanges can be made within 7 DAYS after item received with official receipt with tags still attached.

2) Returns / Exchanges are strictly reserved for cases of product defects, damages, or mistaken delivery.

3) Exchanges of item subject to stock availability.

4) Exchanges are strictly allowed only for the same item, colour and size.

5) Refund is strictly not allowed only exchange.

6) Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (sales team)  before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.

7) Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.

8) All sale, AS-IS (defective item) and promotional with discount / coupon / vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

9) Please contact our Customer Service Team (019-375 1336) and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return.

10) Upon received of the Products, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as possible.

11) Any pre-booking / deposit are non-refundable.
